Aloe Vera:

The Aloe Vera plants, are generally found mainly in sunny climates. The leaves of this plant store large amounts of water. Aloe Vera consist of water, the enzymes catalase and cellulose, minerals, calcium, aluminum, iron, zinc, magnesium, sodium, 20 amino acids and carbohydrates. Aloe Vera also contains the "youth mineral" potassium. These properties make it ideal for use in skin care and cosmetic preparations on sunburns, acne, dermatitis, and otherwise sensitive and irritated skin. Aloe Vera has also recently been hailed for its anti-aging effect on skin.

Alpha Lipoic Acid:

Alpha Lipoic Acid, is also known as Thiocitic acid. It has dual properties as fat and water soluble and can cross any membrane in the body, including blood-brain matter. It is often called the universal antioxidant. Alpha Lipoic Acid also promotes mitochondrial activity to help keep your body skin and tissues young.

Avocado Oil:

Avocado oil is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2 Panthothenic acid, vitamin D and E, protein, lecithin and fatty acids. It's a very good nutrient for dry skin and eczema. Highly compatible with human skin, this oil also offers some natural UV ray protection.

Calendula:

It is also known as Marigold, which is a traditional source of herbal medicines and anti-aging skin care products. Calendula is said to have immunostimulating as well as antibacterial and antiviral properties. Biologically active ingredients of Calendula include carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, sterols, saponins, glycosides, and numerous antioxidants, including terpenoids, flavonoids, isoquercitin, narcissin and rutin.

Jojoba Oil:

The jojoba oil has the antioxidant properties and is supposed to be useful for sunburn and chapped skin in addition to stimulating hair growth. Jojoba Oil is very similar to the natural oil our skin produces, though it is technically a liquid wax produced from the seed of the Jojoba simmondsia chinensis shrub.
