Daily Hair Care - Hair Care for Oily and Dry Hair Types

An effective hair care discipline involves cleansing, toning and conditioning routines carried out with religious regularity. Hair is damaged much more easily when wet, so extra care must be taken. Hair care may include haircuts, where part of the hair is trimmed and hair dressing, where the hair is combed and arranged. Improper hair care can result in dandruff. Herbs such as amla, shikakai, trijla are ideal for the oily hair. Mix a tbsp of Malt Vinegar in a glass of water.Add a pinch of salt in it.Use 2 tbsps of it on your scalp and massage it with your finger tips twice a week.Leave the lotion on for one hour.Rinse with cool water, brush and set your hair.

Care For Dry Hair: Dry hair tends to be thin and rough. The primary aim is to replenish the oil and the moisture in the hair. A bottle of castor oil or coconut oil.Add a tsp of lavender essential oil in it.Heat a little and massage it gently on your scalp at night.Rinse or shampoo it out in the morning.Follow this routine at least twice a week.

Tips to take care of your hairs:-

The following tips may be used hair care:-

  • Use cold water as a final rinse, it will make your hair shinier. The cold water closes the scales that the hair has on its surface, which open when washed with hot water.
  • Use mild shampoos if you want to wash often. Do not use children's shampoos, which are not soft but less galling.
  • If you are growing your hair longer, have it trimmed every 6-8 weeks to remove split ends.
  • Strength of hair comes from the root, brushing will not give them more strength but can increase the creation of forks and may uproot the hair.
  • If you have forked hair, the only solution is to cut it and use a hydrating treatment to protect the new ends.
  • Wet your hair before swimming in a pool. If your hair is wet before you enter a pool, it won't soak up as much chlorine.
  • Excessive use or failure to shampoo, however, can cause it to become dull.
  • Use best hair care products that you can find on the market. There are many hair products available that contain SPF protection for your hair and scalp.
  • Exercise, eat well and avoid smoking and alcohol are healthy for your hair.
  • During summer months, you should trimmed your hairs on the regular basis.
  • Try to use moisturizers, that rehydrate your hair. Urea, lactic acid and lecithin are the important ingredients of the moisturizers. Panthenol, is essential for the strength and healthy growth of hairs.
